CAM’s RAL Automatic Forming Machine is a programmable machine that automatically opens the loop to a finished diamond coil.
Very Rigid Machine Frame and Solid, Strong Hydraulic Power ensures that even heavy copper sections form consistently.
Smart Linear Position Sensors Provide absolute positon control through high speed Ethernet communication. This technology means that the machine “knows” the actual positon of each axis at all times so it does not have to start from home each time.

❖ Adjustable platforms to hold tooling under the arc sections of the coil
❖ Hydraulic cylinder smoothly pushes the tooling against the coil so that even heavy copper sections can be formed consistently

❖ CAM’s standard set of tooling is easily adjusted to match the leg angle and, with shims, the arc height on the upper and lower sides.
